PDF Compass

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are generally final.

Once a purchase is completed, the PDF is made immediately available and cannot be returned or exchanged. For this reason, refunds are not guaranteed for digital products.

However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations. In genuine cases where a customer feels they received no value from the guide, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

If you believe this applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of purchase and let us know what didn’t work for you. We review requests individually and aim to be fair and reasonable.
